Multilingual multimedia project on coexistence of three minority to the majority population in the Bratislava region – money OG SR

The main objective of this project, which was financially supported by grant OG SR is the promotion of cultural practices and traditions of national minorities living in the region of Bratislava. The project is specifically aimed at the Croatian minority ethnic Hungarians and German / Austrian minority. A specific feature of this geographical area is not only a good representation of the minority population, but also the ability of the population to coexist harmoniously with the majority population.

Project Implementation Research coexistence of ethnic minorities on the territory of Slovakia-Austrian border

Euroregion of Danubian Initiative successfully implemented a project called Research coexistence of ethnic minorities on the territory of Slovakia-Austrian border. It can be noted that the objective of the project, which was to gain real perspective on relationships and the unique coexistence longtime Croatian, German and Hungarian minority in Slovakia-Austrian border, was fulfilled.

Participation in the training for euroregional groups

Representatives of Euroregion of Danubian Initiative were invited for a training called Euroregions alltogether 2012. Since 18th till 19th of December in a Slovakia-Polish meeting House of Euroregion „Tatry“ in Kežmarok each from Euroregions presented their work and activities carried out on its territory for the past year. The representatives focused particularly on the subject of current needs for the existing and emerging cross-border cooperation.
